Healing Hearts Foundation LLC, is a community based residential program committed to providing care, treatment, and programming to individuals 18 years of age or older who have been diagnosed with a primary and/or secondary developmental disability.
The purpose of Healing Hearts Foundation LLC is to offer a structured program of care designed to meet our individuals physical and emotional needs by providing protection, guidance and supervision. Each program is created to meet the objectives of all required service plans.
